At Buildiyostore, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality construction materials, including Cement, TMT bars, Aggregates, Sand, and Bricks. To ensure your satisfaction, we have a simple return policy in place.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with proper documentation (invoice/delivery note).

  • Bulk orders (cement, sand, aggregates, bricks), once unloaded at the customerā€™s site, will not be eligible for return.

  • Partial returns are not accepted unless agreed by our logistics/quality team.

2. Return Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Any request after 12 hours will not be entertained.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened cement bags, cut/bent TMT bars, or materials damaged after delivery due to mishandling/storage are not eligible for return.

  • Sand, aggregates, and bricks once unloaded cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue confirmed by our team.

  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange pickup/replacement if applicable.

  • Customers must ensure the returned material is safely packed and ready for pickup.

5. Replacement/Adjustment

  • Upon successful inspection, we will provide a replacement of the product or an adjustment in your next purchase, based on availability.

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
