If you’ve booked a service through BuildiyoStore (such as consultation, project support, or site delivery assistance), you may request a refund under these conditions: Refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase. No part of the service has been delivered or started. Partial refunds may be granted if the service has only been partially fulfilled. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
